About Ashford

In the 1960's we were an installation company, moving into the retail supply sector at the end of the decade. The company was a pioneer, at marketing branded products at discount prices and attracting customers from a huge geographical area. Having outgrown our original premises, in 1976 we moved to our present location in Staines, on the main A30 London Road and 1 mile from junction 13 of the M25. We have continued to expand at this site. Our current customer base includes plumbers, builders, architects, goverment departments, Heathrow Airport and a variety of local businesses.

Our retail customers are important to us and we pride ourselves on our high levels of repeat business, this custom acquired not only due to our competetive pricing policy, but through experienced, knowledgeable staff. Customers find it refreshing, that many staff members have been with us for more than 20 years, allowing us to provide consistently high levels of service. This is born out by our company mission statement; to make the name of "Ashford Heating Supplies" a benchmark of quality, service and value through investment in our employees.

We recognise the need to respond rapidly to the various requirements of our of customers and to offer a flexible approach to doing business.

In 1997 we added an air-conditioned bathroom showroom, with 20 suites on display, including showers and shower enclosures, fitted furniture, towel warmers and tiles.

We have ambitious plans to offer our customers more product choice in the near future. We hope you will continue to take an interest in our company during these exciting years of further development.
